ThemeBoy has developed several products including free and premium WordPress plugins and themes. Our flagship plugin, SportsPress, currently powers 10,000+ club websites and our products are installed on over 35,000 sites and counting.

Our happiness team provides free support via the WordPress.org forums as well as premium support to our customers via our support site.

We’re looking for a confident happiness engineer who can join the premium support team by responding to technical questions from customers. The ideal candidate should have:

  • A strong understanding of the WordPress ecosystem.
  • A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and PHP.
  • Experience supporting WordPress themes and/or plugins.
  • Willingness to learn how to use new products.
